A Car for the Week and a Bike for the Weekend
I have arrived at that point in my life that some people refer to as their mid life crisis! I was joking around with my wife, and she told me that I could have a motorbike instead of an affair! She was joking around of course, but the more I thought about it the better the idea struck me! I likecd the idea of trawling to work in my boring old rep car through the week, only to let everything go and get the wind running against my body on the open road on my bike at the weekend.
What a release that would be!
I started researching the whole thing online, and I was amazed at how cheap it could be for me to set myself up with a half decent bike and insurance. I could get a three year old bike with a fair bit of horse power for less than four thousand pounds, and I found a great specialist bike insurer called Carole Nash who would offer me a great deal on insurance.
Straight away I started looking for a bike online, and I found one to view the very next day. Once I saw it I absolutely fell in love. I knew there and then that I had to have it.
Two months later and I can safely say that buying the bike is the best thing I could have possibly done. I am having a great time, and so far there have been no affairs to speak of!
