    80$ is very cheap for handwasing and claying. I would pay 150 for that.

    thats right, a proper job would cost about $1500, this 80$ thing is a total joke… They use a DA polisher (think its a Porter Cable) to ‘polish’ – at the speed they move that thing they will not remove anything…you need to use a DA machine going very slowly if you want to remove defects in the paint..

    I agree with you. They “detail” cars as if they have to beat a world record. A proper professional detailing job costs upt to 1500$ and that’s for a swirl mark free, decontaminated, polished, sealed and waxed paint.

    Actually, in my opinion $80 is VERY CHEAP for such work. I wouldn’t do this to my own car for $80, even if someone paid me the money to do it. If someone has a nice car, this is a treat they should give it once every couple months.
